Dewitt Farmers Market
The 2020 Downtown DeWitt Farmers Market will be postponed until early July 2020.
The COVID-19 crisis has placed many new restrictions on farmers markets this year. We are working on adjusting spacing of the vendor booths or possibly moving the market to an alternative downtown location so that we can adhere to the new rules coming from the State of Michigan and MIFMA.
The health and safety of our customers, vendors, and staff is our #1 priority. We are working hard to get the Downtown DeWitt Farmers Market ready to go as soon as we can safely do so.
Our Market is authorized to accept SNAP, Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB), WIC Project Fresh, and Senior Market Fresh for the 2020 Market Season!
If you are a vendor interested in being a part of the 2020 Downtown DeWitt Farmers Market:
- Please fill out a 2020 Vendor Application
- Agree and sign the 2020 Signature Page
- Submit any necessary licenses, documents, receipts, seed packed copies/photos, product photos, or any other items relating to your business as requested in the 2020 Application and Market Rules.
Or if you have questions or would like information regarding our Market, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Non-profit and community groups are welcome at our Farmers Market. There is a limit of 2 (on select dates-3) organizations that will be able to participate. No political groups are allowed. Please fill out the non-profit application. Once the application has been submitted, it will be reviewed and date preferences confirmed. Non-profit and community groups will be required to volunteer for one farmers market shift prior to each night the group requests a space. It will be helpful to review the 2020 Market Rules.
There will be many opportunities to help with the 2020 DeWitt Farmers Market! If you would like to be involved early in the process as a volunteer, please email email@example.com. Please fill out the Volunteer Application – which will soon be available on this website.
